Course Description
Being trained in new technologies as they emerge is imperative to your job security. This course is designed to provide you with an understanding of what Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is, how it operates, what applications it can offer, and why companies are choosing VoIP communications over legacy telephone systems.
 
Objectives
You’ll learn the functional parts of an IP telephony system, as well as how to integrate IP telephony with existing IT and phone systems. In addition, you will explore the principles of IP telephony system design, setup, and management while gaining a comprehensive understanding of VoIP terms, concepts, and issues that will empower you with fundamental skills for the jobs of the future.
