Course Description
You will learn the functional parts of an IP telephony system, as well as how to integrate IP telephony with existing IT and phone systems. In addition, you will explore the principles of IP telephony system design, setup, and management while gaining a comprehensive understanding of VoIP terms, concepts, and issues, which will empower you with fundamental skills for the jobs of the future.
