Course Description
In this course you will experience, demonstrate, construct, and almost feel like you are brought into the field when you enroll in this program. To provide a practical understanding of the knowledge and skill requirements required to be able to design, install, test and maintain a FTTH network. You will be exposed to 20-30 hours of material, including videos, animations and simulations all before you step foot into the classroom where you will indulge yourself with 20 hours of hands on experience in terminating, testing, troubleshooting, and preparing fiber in a Passive Optical Network. Following the hands-on classroom work you will continue to communicate and work with your instructors for an additional 10 hours to ensure that your learning experience is complete and that all your questions have been answered. At no time will the class size exceed a 6:1 student-to-instructor ratio.
