Be Prepared! CWA/NETT Academy created these assessment tools and practice exams as a benefit to CWA members. The practice tests available here at no charge to our members are like none other, so to access these valuable study tools, you will need to create a log-in.
Each exam has a specific purpose, so please read the descriptions carefully to assist you in selecting the correct exam.
Skills Assessment Exam: This exam is an assessment tool to help Stanly Community College advisors assist you in choosing the proper courses. Questions will measure your basic computer literacy, your knowledge of computer hardware and software, and your computer networking skills.
Service Representative Test: The Service Representative Position requires you to pass the Service Representative Abilities Battery (SR-TAB). This practice exam measures four skill areas:
TKT Preparation Test: The Technical Knowledge Test ensures that you have technical knowledge approximately equivalent to the completion of a two-year technical degree program. However, a two-year degree is not required to pass the TKT. The same level of knowledge could be obtained by completing some amount of technical course work or by independent study in each of the following technical areas:
The TKT is a multiple choice test that measures the specific knowledge required to perform technical jobs such as the Telecommunications Specialist and other related jobs.
